He didn't offend me. His outlandish e.mail allowed me to add a couple more blocks at pretty cheap prices.
.
Anyone who SOLD too cheap, you might consider a class action, or other means of redress from the bear hug e.mailer.

By the way. When Joe and I spoke today I did ask some of the questions which had been raised earlier.
Q: Would the 1997 annual financial be audited?
A: All shareholders will receive a 40 page annual report which would include audited statements. It was necessary to continue to be a fully reporting company as we work towards NASDAQ listing.

Q: Why bother to get listed if you're just going to sell the company anyway.
A: Until someone puts a check on my desk, we have to continue to operate in a normal fashion and do what is best for the company.

Q: What about my concern that no one in the company has telecon experience?
A: Joe pointed out that he personally has testified at over 200 (Senate?) hearings on rate structures. He then listed all of the people in the organization that he relied on for technical expertise in telecommunications. He didn't claim any particular technical experience himself.

We also spoke about why the share price has suffered so much lately.
I don't recall entirely what his response was, but I don't think it was any different than what he has stated here on SI previously.

He insisted that in the future I call him personally if I had questions I couldn't get answers too. I told him that was the one mistake he had made by calling me as I would probably not leave him alone in the future. For those of you who have been reluctant to call him, let me say that I will no longer be reluctant myself and suggest that you not be either. Now, having said all this, I hope none of you find it inappropriate in some way. If you do, tuff.
