Those trades were 'marks', probably two shorts selling to each other to mark the services with a 5/8 trade. Notice one was for 300 shares. Principal securities has a 300 share position of RMIL. The other was 1200 shares. Mork has 1500 shares. The 10K Steve saw was probably RMII's filed 3/31. And from Tonto's post about Morks continuing legal goings-on (4/10) and Pacific International Securities Inc. short position, I would hazard to guess these guys are trying very hard to get the focus off of Mork. We have been informed Mork had Baker short OVIS out of an account for those worthy of his disgust....Tonto's DD didn't come up with that....maybe a trip back to the minors Tonto! Of course, he was spoon-fed the 4/10 info from a source far removed from Mork <LOL> !!!
