I never took it that there was anything legally wrong with their accounting practices. This is not a sham company like others that have been mentioned on various threads on SI. This to me is the classic buyer-beware situation where a lot of us folks, short or long could have been burned without your analysis.

Again my thanks, when it breaks I hope to enjoy the ride with many fellow travelers from this thread.

That's how it SHOULD work, in a rational market, eh?

Actually the reason I like BFT as a short, is that one can say even IF all the accounting is up to snuff AND they find some miracle way to make analysts 98 estimates, it'll still be overvalued by rational standards. Almost a no-brainer, except for the momentum players taking it higher.
