I believe the newsletter was put together a while ago. A lot of the newly released news is not included in the article. Also, the recent price for FAMH in the article is around 45 cents. I guess it's safe to say that it's fairly old.

I received the same newsletter. I was dated March, 1998. It was
most likely printed well before the merger news.

Yes, the OTC Bulletin Board newsletter was definitely PRE-MERGER news!
