Tom one million was sent on Friday and four million will be wired tomorrow. To answer your question of why can't IHI send the money. Very simple the bank account is frozen until the bond is sent in. IHI has five million in the bank but can't touch it until the bond is assured. Hope that answers your question By the way all acounts will be unfrozen on Wednesday or Thursday and the Comp plan has been approved by the Receiver. Back in business. Se ya, Frank Hart
