Kenny, Seriously, independent means to me that, since I own the stock and there's not much I can do about that, then at least I can look at the arguments being presented by both sides and try to see what might be right about each of them. Right now, I feel that the best thing we shareholders could do is to pin down GM and RB for some answers. Bigs has volunteered for that job, but has gotten little support. Of course, I don't need advice from a no good "shareshaker" like you. Very best regards, AD
