Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a very small investor just trying to figure out the game at this point. Where did you find the bid/ask volume? Thanks, this is one of the more educational threads on here.

Keiko, Ron & Paula. Keiko is right in that the bid/ask sizes are an indicator. to do it right requires expensive access to premium data services (AKA "Level II), but since I have been using the cheap approach, it has had a partial correlation to price changes. Another source for not only the BID/ASK but some news entries that are sometimes missed at quote.yahoo.com is newsalert.com only downside is from my observing, they don't update very frequently - perhaps hourly.
