Try Datek for PNDA and ZONA shares. But it may be time to go back after the bigger fish now. Managements of these overpriced tech stocks will start cashing their options if the market heads down, look out below if it starts.

<<I shorted PNDA today but only got a partial fill of 300 shares >>

Where did you find shares to short? Quick & Reilly didn't have any, nor did they have ZONA.

I shorted PNDA through Datek with no trouble. Just for giggles, I entered a bunch of short orders for hard-to-short stocks (like AMZN) - Datek accepted all. I wonder whether they even bother to "borrow" the shares!

Alan Lee--I got my shares through Datek.
They handle such a huge volume of business they always seem to have shares. I think in my case as far as getting a partial fill it was more the buyer(s) available. I caught a very brief uptick and they might not have been able to sell all I wanted sold.
I hope you have luck in getting some, the more popular shorts seem to be hard to get at many brokers.
All the Best
