Announces 3-for-2 Stock Split NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 1998--North American Scientific Inc. (Nasdaq:NASI) Thursday announced that its board of directors approved a 3-for-2 split of its common stock. The stock spilt will be in the form of a 50 percent stock dividend.
