That's a tough call. On the one hand, majority control of the company changed hands at around $10-3/4 U.S., but on the other there was the earnings warning.

Another thought is that if Canadian Marconi want's to own the whole company, they'll have to offer a little more than $10, after giving the majority shareholders $10-3/4.

Today should be an interesting day. I'll bet the volume will be out of sight.
