My first thought on that, is that CTXS wants to use the shares to acquire some other company for stock. Possible?

Anecdotally, their business seems to be doing all right, as they run want ads every Sunday in the Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel.

Of course, the stock can still crash, even if their business continues strong.
