Surfase tenshun is hiyh. The oily sulfidze lyque aer and not water cuz oil likes to flote in watur so it stiks to the bubbels uv aer. One end of the molecule sticks out and liques aer. hmmmmm.... Wy duz the oil surfase sang de bubble? duz non-wetabubbel splain it? wail..I gots splaination. De bubble is form by flote oil and dow 250. the particle has oil cover. dey hit. dey lique each udder. dey mate. now all oil surfase point de same way. de bubbel have + end out to wawa and - end to aer (uv oil surfase). partkel haf - end out. pos to neg then dey cum nere .... and... "plop", pos end out. sientiffik. corse the detergent destroys the surase tehshun and thair go yer bubbels.
