There is no definitive date yet. IFMX management is now aware that the investment community views their "late" announcements as a sign of continued internal weakness. IFMX will probably announce sometime the week of 4/27 along with everyone else. I would look for it 4/29 or 4/30 after the market closes. IMHO BTW, IFMX finally filed their 10k on the last possible day (wouldn't want another E now). I need to review it. (Especially the section that is titled "CHANGES IN AND DISAGREEMENTS WITH ACCOUNTANTS ON ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE".) Cheers.
