I see no reason to sell at this juncture Mike. Why not hold on and see how the reorg plan unfolds? We've been through the worst and still have tons of upside potential.

Instead of blaming all of those who may have shorted the stock illegally - why not shift the blame to the brokerage houses that handled the stock transaction? If anyone is illegal, it is them.
How does one class 5a investor illegally short a stock? I don't know. When I shorted SOLV, I simply said sell X shares SOLV short. I didn't ask for an illegal trade. See my point. None of us on the other side of the SOLV fence ever intentionally illegally shorted the stock.

Short selling, whether you believe it yet or not, is good for the overall health of the market.

Also, with 25 million plus shares outstanding, I doubt very much if you, or anyone on this thread, will be able to squeeze any remaining short sellers in this stock.
