QCOM through the CTG via the TIA and its TR-45 and TR45.5 committees told NOKA and ERICY and ATT and NTT DoCoMo and their ARIB, TTA and ETSI stalking horses to stick their proposed IMT-2000 W-CDMA standard in their HAT cause QCOM has the IP and wants everyone to play nice ASAP with a 3G version of cdmaOne. See?
