Bradpalm1, You are entirely right! VVUS has been dead money (or much much worse) since last summer. i too am at a loss as to why so many people who appear to be knowledgeable and intelligent still believe that they can/will make money with this stock. that foolishness is what got me in to this stock. even if Viagra fails (due to side effects), it could take many months or even years. in the meantime, dead money in VVUS. it's sort of like going to the race track and picking the horse that has the highest payout, and lowest chance of winning. my advice to all the post-December longs is to try and get out at 12 or better. we should have sold at 15. i for one am playing other fish in the drug world, buying LLY. I agree with you and David that VVUS is in dead money as long as the VVUS company remains same (as long as Mr. Wilson stays on the seat and sluggish of adapting the rapid changing market). " The more things change, the more things stay the same. Vivus now has a new set of cheerleaders trying to rationalize why this company is again poised to reprise its prior glories." Good! Would you still try Viagra first before you give to your patients and report here for your personal experience, or things change and person changes too.
