Reed's lack of visibility post resignation & the fact that he has not gone to great lengths to assure customers and the market that it's business as usual, suggests the spin we are hearing is just that "spin".
I think this whole thing is going to go over with customers and the street like a fart in church. I'm outta here!

Reed's job was to get C'tron sold. After close review of C'tron books there is little left to sell.
