Ok I see.. well I didnt realize they had "lower" levels of their 4096 encryption. (but it kind of defeats the purpose!) I assumed it was all or none (highest level or no product), and that is why I asked the question. I mean WHO would they even be allowed by law to sell to? I was just sitting here and saying to myself its like having the fastest car in the world, but whats the use when you cant drive over 70 mph in most of the US? Do you understand the metaphor? So I see your point.. and yes I agree about the publicity aspect.. I posted the same thought yesterday on the thread. Good luck! Mark
