Take a look at Rambus.
This issue should perform in a similar fashion.
Expect the sucker to blast open 10 or so higher than priced.

I don't think it will go off at $12 - will probably be moved up to 14 or 15. This depends on demand - hopefully with institutions not too excited about chip companies at the moment, the IPO price won't be raised too much. If I can get in under 20, I'll be pleased. This is a rich price but hopefully growth will take care of.
