The world is drowning in waste Mr. Pool, and so are you.
Have you had the opportunity to read through the most recent 6K ?
You might get more from that, than a press release from Mar.27.

Your money is your business, but one thing i think worth mentioning is (and this
would depend on the size of your investment)it literally take you months to get
out of Tpp.
Are there the buyers ? Not according to the volume.
I could be wrong on this number, but isn't thier average volume around
4-5,000 a day ? If that. I've seen some day where there isn't a trade at all for
the most part.

IMO, and think other might agree, Thermo Tech has proven the TMP, and the
Technology. To your disbelief, they have also proven the viability, financials,
and profits associated with the TMP. Not to mention what the transfer station
might bring. Thermo Tech has revenues. Plants are under construction.
Revenues are growing.
The world needs these TMP's. This gives TT the bargining power to achieve
goals for themselves, shareholders, and JV Partners.

Tpp is not the end to TT as you would appear to percieve.
However TT could be the end to Tpp. Thermo Tech will continue to move on.
According to your post Rene has once again looked after his shareholders.
(Covered his butt as you put it.)Meanwhile you can hold your confidence in a
judge.

Fortunately, Trooper has negotiated for the Technology,
Thermo Tech has proven it for them. BTW, don't you think 10 Million is too
much for Trooper?
What have they actually got that's worth 10 Million ?
Looks like it's time for TT to start increasing the license agreements.

Izzy

Robert:

<<Robert Pool
Now 100% confident in a SUBSTANTIAL TPP victory.>>

Well, I'm going to take the other side of that bet.<g> I feel you have misread confidence as arrogance. There's a fine line, I agree, but there is a big difference.

I recently heard the phone conference with Rene. His outlook for the company was nothing short of spectacular. His finance people forecast profit after July 31st of this year, profits of $17 million by April of 1999, with profits of $79 million the following year. No more dilution of the stock and on and on.......Trouble is the stock sits at $1.25 day after day, with seemingly unlimited number of shares on offer...Now I ask myself, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE???"

I ask those of you who are so pro TT, how do you account for the
disparity of these facts to the price of the stock???????
