raefon,

Thank you for your comments. Although I do not favor directors that have little or no stock, I do believe that TFS is aware of the problem with the stock price, and it is working its way up the priority list in a typical engineering driven way.

I too have recently spoken with both J. Buchanan and L. Sharpe and concur with your statements and also agree that they are helpful and listening. As earnings come, the stock price will rise, although we are undervalued at this time.

By the way, .16 not .15, and to an earlier poster - I don't care at what price directors have bought their shares - with 50,000 shares his focus is on the shareholder appreciation. Remember, this same individual had a chance to unload in the 40's as many did. I don't like seeing directors and senior managers with little or no 'investment' in themselves, their company or the shareholders, and have so told TFS management.

regards,

Ed

P.S. By the way, since the annual report the number of posts, the volume, the emotional intensity and the new posters have made this a happening thread. I for one appreciate all the dialog and input as we discuss how to make our investment grow, and thank you all.
