Hey, Dave!

How come you forgot to include this from the end of the SPRX Company Press Release:

"Certain matters discussed in this announcement contain forward-looking statements that involve material risks to, and uncertainties in the company's business which may cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated by the statements made herein. The matters discussed herein should be viewed together with the Risk Factors in the Companys 10Q for the quarter ending September 30, 1977 and the 10k for the year ending December 31, 1997 on file with the SEC."

which may cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated by the statements made herein.

You're not just whistling Dixie there, Dave!

BiliCheck(TM) and is responsible for FDA 510(k) clearance.

Didn't I see on Yahoo's SPRX thread where Respironics stock just dropped 10 points because they came out with such a horrendous earnings report?

Got to hand it to you, you Avalonies are sly Devils, but that's why you so proudly sport that 666, right Dave?

You just better hope your own little tadpole's life doesn't have to depend on one of them SPREXERs one day. But then again, you really don't expect there to be too many around, do you, Dave?

Humbly report, Max, The BiliCheck(TM) may not be sold in the U.S. without FDA approval.

From: biz.yahoo.com

Check the beginning of this thread to see how long FDA approval took for CCSI.

BiliCheck(TM) is absolutely no threat to CCSI in the US, for the forseable future.
