Hi Patrick! I make it a steady habit of staying in contact with the companies in which I am invested. When my money is at risk, I like to find out all I can so I have a better comfort level. Sometimes I'm probably even a "pest." But that's what I do.

I have talked with GLOW many times about the ECS program since they first announced it. From those conversations, I have a belief that GLOW is more interested in ECS than the other entities. I don't "KNOW" this for a fact. It is simply "my opinion" based on those conversations.

The "overview" I posted is indeed just the picture as I see it based on my understanding of the situation as I state at the top & bottom of the overview.

My intent is to share what I have. Hopefully it gives people a place from which to start their own research.

Regarding the ECS revenues...
I think GLOW will keep ECS, but even if you remove ECS, it would still leave about $26 Million ($40 million less $14 million) in revenues with about $16 Million in pre-tax profits ($23 million less $7 million)

So (after factoring in the $6 million loss carry-forward), that would still produce $15.6 million is NET PROFITS.

This would result in a positive EPS of about .35 because the total shares outstanding would be only around 44 million.

Either way, I see a pretty good situation.

As always, just my opinion.

Best wishes,
Brad
