Refers to operations three and five in Johnnys "behind the barn" lesson on how not to wet on himself!! When I told that story it was for amusement purposes only. Recent activity on the thread alarmingly suggests that it was more truth than prose!
The two components (Gallium and Arsenic) in early TFS products are found in the vertical columns (AKA Families) III and V respectively in the periodic table of elements.

Three Five name - has something to do with the number 3 and 5 which represented the families of the compounds of the first materials TFS used in making product. The chemicals were in formula which translated into the numbers 3 & 5.
Tell me the real specifics.
