<<Bill, I first saw you on AVNT thread. Even though I dislike AVNT just like you do. I found that your DD were often quite inaccurate.>>

Hmmm. Well let's see. I shorted AVNT starting at 35 (publicly posted on the AVNT thread) and continued shorting all the way down to 15 - in the face of a raging bull market. I then covered at prices ranging from 13 to 15 and change. Just exactly how does this performance indicate that my DD was inaccurate?

<<Yes, there were a lot of scams in the Y2K industry, ZITL is the best example. However, TAVA is "not" one of them. >>

I don't believe TAVA is an outright fraud (ZITL is an obvious fraud, and always has been). But judging from the nature and frequency of internet posts...TAVA's price/volume activity, and after studying its history and financials, I am confident that management has promoted its stock "out the back door" while maintaining a veneer of propriety in conference calls, etc.

<<The fact is, all the TAVA investors on the board are investing on TAVA's future>>

So am I. We just differ in our opinion of the future.

<<I honestly suggest you find some other stocks to short. The reward might be much better than spreading misleading information here.>>

I am short several other stocks. I am not spreading any "misleading information". TAVA stock is grossly overvalued and will trade significantly lower.
