Hi guys! I recall seeing a reference to the possibility of a merger earlier (within the last month). The reference concerned the breakdown for shareholders of NETZ and ESVS. As I recall, NETZ would receive 80% and ESVS would receive 20% of the newly formed company. Can someone point me in the direction of this reference and save me a lot of digging. I think it was around the time ESVS filed the 10K but I can't remember if it was stated in the 10K. Thanks, BB
