Bloomberg Radio had a someone on about 3:30pm
today talking about Stock of the week from some
financial mag(Barrons?). Car am stunk but this
guy was very bullish on TIMT. Said wall street
had ignored TIMT and gave it a one+year projection
of 45ish. He corrected the host as to the current
price(who thought it could be bought at 30)and
said that fortunately todays price was around 25
for a better buy. Didn't pick up the whole show.

Karl, the straight answer is I don't know. I don't short stocks and don't understand those that do. But I'm guessing many of the shorts are due to carry over from Boeing troubles and down turn in commodities. As for the recent rise in shorts, maybe it's reflective of more recent Boeing woes.

Michael
