Ya know, there's a reason why I didn't use the "cross" function, and it may be unfounded, but here it is: I was playing around with ADX scans, looking for good sell signals, and using the cross function, and in system tests, MS 6.5 didn't always get all the cross points. ADX would cross a certain point, and there'd be no signal, no arrow. So I tried using the "ref" formula instead, and I'd get arrows in all the right places. I'm still confounded by this. It may well have been due to some sort of error I was making. But I looked at the cross formula over and over, and sho nuff, it seemed correct. This has happened occasionally when I used the cross function with other formulas, too. Which leads me to wonder, has it ever happened to you (or anyone else hanging around here)? If not, I'll have myself committed immediately.
