Bill and I have not discussed it, but from what I've heard I do not agree with Bill Wexler. There is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. Not addressing it could have big $ or even company failure issues.
I think the scale of the problem is not well understood; the amount of non-compliance is not really very big, but a big effort to make sure you find and fix it. Like having a mouse in the house.

Where I would agree with Bill is that the problem is overhyped. In regard to companies with 'fixes', I think that they are in general very overvalued and I include TAVA in that. Unless some substantial Y2K revenues and earnings begin to flow to these companies *very* soon, I think it will be a long way down.
