Executioner

Has anyone used Executioner? Is it the same as what MB uses? How does it compare with other software?

Here is the site theexecutioner.com and the firm uses it pristine.com

Wall Street Journal - Page 1, interesting article.
Morgan Stanley was fined $1 million dollars and the traders on the OTC desk $25,000 each for manipulating a few OTC stocks.
Penny change for them. They probably made 5 times that.
They probably write it off as cost of doing business....
