NTI is after NTI - assume that money is gone even though they will try and recover any spent and any committed to spend. Also note that the NTI goings on have never been officially released - NTI is a mess and will never be able to finance further drilling offshore at todays offshore drilling rates. I would strongly suggest reading the NTI Thread - it is only 36 posts long but Mr. John Lister went on there and tried to alert everyone as he had done much DD on that one. After reading that thread you will see that if a few people had heeded his advice a long time ago they would have saved a lot of money.
