Eagleputt, regarding the downside I really don't know. I know where I hope/expect to begin covering, but there are non-product downside uncertainties in the stock that match the upside the longs look for. Principally, the cashflow position and timing of revenues. I think the warrants were called to generate cash, and the company in large part based its financial restruturing on the ability to generate Y2K revenues - by implication these revenues are supposed to have built up in the Jan-Mar quarter, an the lack of news suggests they didn't. Ignoring the effect of rev/earnings in the stock price, they could get very stretched for cash. P.
