James, I don't believe one can legally verify an ILLEGAL UNDECLARED SHORT POSITION. It is illegal to short an OTC-BB stock (which is what DCTC is).
.
To legally short one needs to BORROW your shares, and then sell them to someone else. To borrow, you need to to put your shares into a margin account, which allows legal borrowing of shares.
.
Once borrowed from MARGIN accounts, one can determine the amount shorted.
.
Not so with ILLEGAL UNDECLARED SHORTS. They use delays in accounting in the system to illegally short. Going thru Canada seems to help this. The SEC should clamp down on this behavior. The SEC though is worthless.
.
My sources tell me that the short position is about 600,000, apparently by seeing the "books" "out of balance" by some number of shares.
