Tuesday April 7, 7:01 am Eastern Time Company Press Release Cashco Management Makes Announcement TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1998--Cashco Management Inc. (OTC:BB CSHK) is pleased to report that it has received the evaluation of the 11th Hour Software as referred to in its March 3, 1998 release. Internet FX Design Concepts of Houston, Texas has supplied the Company with a letter of evaluation which states the following: 1) Program installation and auto run work properly for both the Windows 95a and Windows 95b, OSR2. 2) Program successfully determined software configuration for all machines tested. 3) Program properly identified year 2000 non-compliant software items and divided them into sections for non-compliant applications and non-compliant items. Also, items that the software publisher has yet to state its level of compliance have been identified and placed in a 3rd category for user awareness. 4) Each year 2000 non-compliant software application has an option for patching said software, though in the Beta version, it has not yet been implemented. Beta versions of the software can be located at www.11thhoursw.com. The Company intends to formalize its agreement with Merced, Inc. which includes a first payment of US$50,000 and the issuance of 1.5 million convertible preferred stock of Eleventh Hour Software Production. Cashco is working with Merced on box design, web site creativity and Internet sales with a view to marketing the product via the Net before June '98.
