Does anyone know anything about the "UPDATE" tools in Windows95 system tools?

I have a red 'x' on the following in the REGISTERED UPDATES:

UPD970515RI Windows TCP Driver update
-VNBT.386 _____ 4.0.0.959
-VTCP.386 _____ 4.0.0.454 INVALID

How do I get and install these files?

Thank you.
