To CNC holders: Do you think that the recent CNC run up was in preparation for this acquisition? If so, it made the deal less dilutive to CNC, and was probably a well conceived action. Hilbert has said that the purchase of GNT will be immediately accretive, anyone with any projections as to how accretive this deal will be?? The stock is getting hammered today, but long term will this be a unique buying opportunity for what will be one of the largest insurance entities??
