MSM traded 53.347 when I printed the newsletter as a STRONG BUY and it's trading now at 56.25 throughout down days. (after the close last night) PLAINVIEW, N.Y., April 6 (Reuters) - MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. said on Monday its board of directors had declared a two for one stock split to be effected as a stock dividend. The dividend is effective for shareholders of record April 24, payable on May 22, the company said in a statement. MSC had about 34.1 million shares and share equivalents, as of the end of the company's second quarter on February 28. MSC also said that it has acquired Holloway Bros. Tools Inc. of New Castle, Delaware for an undisclosed cash purchase price. Holloway is a distributor of cutting tools and other industrial supplies with two locations in Delaware.
