The same is true of the U.S. technology sector. " I'd like to ask her when she and Goldman Sachs will start buying semiconductor capital equipment companies? Have they already started or do they wait for breakouts? I am sure her answer would be interesting. We know Bob's answer: "smart investors are accumulating at these recent give-a-way levels."
