TM: Any thoughts on why UFPT hasn't opened?? It has a good story, I know it was somewhat of a momentum play, but its seems like it's worth hold, especially if there are RUMORS

I did not get in as early as some others, because I wanted to do a little DD for myself, but I still got in early enough to take most of the ride up! I am still holding RNTK.
