Interesting comments on the Yahoo message board. It seems that folks have been spooked by the recent Form 144 filings with the SEC. Four insiders have filed to sell 39,029 shares between March 20th and April 3rd. Back in Oct-97 insiders sold 40,000 shares! To put these sales into proper perspective, insiders hold 2,028,000 shares as of Jan-98. Thus these sales represent 3% of their holdings. If something BAD was about to happen and you could sell some of your holdings, would you sell only 3% of your holdings???

Another post mentioned an earnings warning issued by SMTK as possibly affecting APSG. Anyone have any comments on this thought.

Still turning over rocks...
