Can somebody help me?
I have Keogh Pension plan and I contribute X dollars to it every year.
I am self employed , in 1995 I did not have income in my schdule C.
IRS is denying that contribution and said that the only option I have is Tax Court.

Is it worth pursuing?
Any comments or suggestion will be helpful

Thanks,
gsingh1

Could you be a little more specific on how you do that? It's not clear how and where this 'reclassifying' should be done. I'm using Turbo Tax.
