Sly: I talked to Helen yesterday regarding the NASDAQ listing and she said that their application is still open which means that it has not been denied nor has it been approved. We can only speculate as to the reason why they have taken no action yet. I suspect that it has to due with the resent price deterioration. In the mean time Franklin is looking at other possibilities such as listing with the American Stock Exchange which is interested in talking to them as well a looking at the NASDAQ Small Cap. So then the issue of getting listed is far from dead. It's just going to take some time. My guess is that we are going to hear some good news soon regarding significant progress toward the Fnet IPO. Just my guess. Bill Ward
