The news was release on a very bad day....any other up day on the NAZ this type of news would generate a 1-2 pt pop...but when the naz is down 20 pts or more...hard time generating buys....looks like it will go higher once market turns around...as this is good news...IMO

is purely market-related. nasdaq broke a
trend line yesterday...let's see how resilient
