Thanks for posting a synopsis of your call Raju. This is the kind of informative post that should occupy this thread. It seems that since the runup there have been a great deal of jiberish posts.

Raju, the guys at Pacific Consulting Group were given 75,000 shares or options between them - Scott himself got 35,500. They were already registered for free sale after December, so it would be interesting to know how many they still hold.
If they still hold them, I would say that is a good thing.

John Jenkins was able to sell 235,000 as part of the same disclosure. Same question applies.

Raju,

Thanks for the update with Scott. Item 3 about not being in the black for the 3rd qtr. makes me nervous since First Call has an estimate of $.04. Personally, I am not worried since I can't imagine how anybody comes up with estimates for a company that is basically remaking itself but the fact remains that the estimate is out there and some folks treat it as gospel. You also have some comments from Jenkins pointing to the 3rd qtr. as one where some Y2K revenue starts to show up.

Again, I am very long TAVA. This won't effect my position unless I buy more on a dip. I know that things usually take longer than expected and I have a lot of respect for the management team. (I also know first hand how bad Y2K is in the mainframe world.) NTL, this could rock the boat. Comments?

(Shorts, dont even think about it.)

Marshall.
