NANDA, I bought 1600 shares @ 36 5/8 on basis stock price had broken below the lower limit of a fairly tight upward channel IMRS has been in since the last quarterly report. My buy is predicated on the assumption that IMRS is going to be subject to less volatility than occurred prior to the last analyst conference where Satish Sanan tried to reposition the company strategically. If it continues to drop it will signal the market still thinks IMRS is mostly a Y2K play.
