100,000 shares just went at the bid and the price went up. Now that was probably a buyback. Hooray!

I agree.

I never listened to a CC until last night at 2 AM I decided to listen to the Friday special CC replay. I just went on the notes of people here which is very good and for the most part what I need. But after listening to the CC, i really recommend ANYONE who holds this stock to also listen to it. Listen to Ira, this guy is serious... he knows what he is doing. He has a vision and a plan and he is kicking people out of his way.

There are a ton of things on the table, and there are aquisitions he doesnt even announce until AFTER the fact. So not only is he working on these huge issues (ATXI, Myriad, etc) he also puts his time on the line (and the companies of course) to go scouring for other opportunities. I think the reason for so much b****** about timelines on the thread is that we DO know so much is in the fire. If we just had 1 press release every 6 weeks or so, and no CC's or anything like that .. we would be in the dark, the price would be lower, but then at least anything we did hear we would be going "oh wow, thats interesting!". The co. is doing a very good job IMHO to keep us informed, especially in the past 2 months.. when they could just stay mum on the subject and not be under so much criticism from its own shareholders.

I understand your impatience because you look around and see XXX stock take off 45% in 1 day, or this other BBB stock goes up 75% last week. I am impatient too about it.. but at least with this stock I understand the outline of what they are trying to do, and each and every press release isnt a total surprise that only the momentum players can take advantage of (and then dispense with 3 hours later).

I am very bullish and even with my low patience.. i will sit on this one.

Kevin--I disagree with what you said yesterday about the .41 mistake price. I saw some "panic" in the posts on the thread. Even if there was a .41 trade and it wasnt a mistake, does that change the co? Kind of frightening really to see that.

Mark

Dave,

I have been a part of small companies that have performed successfull mergers and acquisitions, and they have always had a timeframe for execution that is defined up front and for the most part, met. Delays yes, but delays on top of delays on top of delays... no.

I'm not expecting overnight, but face it, on Myriad, "overnight" was a couple months ago. I guess the thing I'm having the most difficulty with is the fact that we never got audited financials... There was a time back in the days of .28-.34 when audited financials were gonna make this stock rock 'n roll. At that time there was TREMENDOUS shareholder pressure on Ira to deliver. He went through a series of "projections" and then finally started committing to dates. And every date he committed to went by and he cited a new date... then, just as shareholder frustration was reaching the boiling point, there was a sudden flurry of activity that started with Morton Downey, followed closely by Myriad, and then finally, ATXI and NASDAQ dreams. All of these things have created all sorts of excitement and, frankly, almost a sideshow atmosphere to the followers here, but throughout, I have been disturbed by the fact that the demand for financials (IMO, the single most important piece of factual info that the shareholders could get their hands on) has fallen by the wayside. Yes, I understand that the financials must include material changes of significance that occurred after the close of the reporting period, but way back when the cry was for audited financials, Myriad was not yet material, and ATXI was just a gleam in Ira's eye... why were the financials not released then??

"Be comfortable with your own DD and make your own decisions" you all say, and I agree, but part of my DD involves this public forum and the airing of my concerns to other investors who may help me get a better grasp of the situation.

I'm concerned that Ira's entire contribution to the value of this stock so far (aside from his obviously bullish position and charismatic nature) is a string of promises with as yet, no verifiable evidence of success.

Not a career naysayer, just frustrated and hoping Ira is listening. I'll go back to lurking now.

Hey! I'm not the guy sitting in conference calls telling my investors about what's going on next week and next week etc.etc. The next weeks never happen. (they haven't so far) Yes, I've operated a small business and I know things don't happen over night. I also know that if I as a business owner told my customers or partners about things that was going to "happen next week" (things that never materialized) then I would be OUT of business and probably sued by my partners.

I was under the impression that this thread was started to served the interest of the investors of FAMH not to feed the ego of one Ira. I did not invest in Ira I invested in FAMH. I know what some of you cheerleaders are going to say now: 'Ira is FAMH', Well let me be the first to tell you that you're wrong. No man is an island as the saying goes. The potential for FAMH is based on many factors one of which may very well be Ira, but I assure you that he alone will not make or break FAMH, and if you think he does then you all have made one of the dumbest investments of your lives.

I am by no means bashing this stock. I think the potential for growth is tremendous, however from what I've seen from this thread so far, if one doesn't agree with a select few then he/she "just doesn't get it,' or "is bashing this stock," or is "bad mouthing Ira."

How many times have I read posts by some of you "wiser one's" that stated "don't get personal" with the stock? Well I'm telling you the same thing now. Don't get personal Business is Business. The delays that we stockholders have been forced to endure are in my opinion unacceptable! You can cheer all you want for Ira, but let me ask you, what has Ira shown you as stockholders in the form of REAL facts, numbers, dates, etc.

Always next week,

Lonnie
