Thanks Billy, looks like they will be alright in that respect.
But if Springranges suit succeeds and the financing deal becomes
void do you think this will knock them down because of the amount
of assets or whatever?
I have mixed feelings on the financing deal that's in place
at present but I don't know whether anything better is available
to them at this point. Wish there was.
