Paul, I have a subscription to the Newspage service you got the headline from. They provide reprints of articles under different sujects like "Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment". Usually the articles and press releases are only a day old, but in this case they are just reprinting an article from around the time of the UT breakthrough. The aritcle is probably referenced on the Cymer News Only thread. BTW, the news service is well worth the $5 a month.
