I sold my position in CNC after the first run-up of CNC after Dirks came out again. I then purchased Long term options LEAPS on CNC which I luckily sold last week. I just bought the same LEAPS back today with the big drop in price. This is an excellent buying opportunity. I am sure management knew that they would receive this short term reaction by the market but in the long run, Wall Street will like this deal. Would not be surprised to see and hear that the company and management will use the opportunity to buy more of its stock. Ken S.
