Ray, not only are things moving on the political scene but also at Franklin. Any call and listen to how they answer the phone this week? I'd say we have the wheels moving and picking up speed; after last weeks trip to NYC the pace is quickening. This also concurs along with what we've been hearing for some time, "That when it starts to be revealed, it will move rapidly" They told us at the SHM that the completion of the business plan was last hurdle, and then things would move rapidly forward. Well the Biz Plan was completed two weeks ago, a trip to NYC was implemented, and now they are home and we also have a new way of answering the phone. Helen has been saying "that we were close", but now I am beginning to feel the breath of change. rb
